Through the form, you may provide your full name, phone number, email address, area of interest, and message. The sole purpose is to contact you regarding your inquiry. Providing these details is voluntary; without contact details, we will not be able to reply.

Form submissions are transmitted via Google Apps Script and delivered to office@yaeldruckman.com in Gmail. Google processes the message for transmission and secure email storage.

Before submission, Cloudflare Turnstile operates to verify that the submission originates from a human rather than an automated bot. For this purpose, Cloudflare receives technical browser parameters, including your IP address.

Message content may contain sensitive information (such as personal health, family, insurance, or legal matters). We recommend providing only what is strictly necessary to establish initial contact.

Office Map

The physical office address is displayed as plain text on the website. The interactive map is embedded via Google Maps. When your browser loads the map, it requests tiles from Google servers, and Google receives the visitor's IP address. This occurs solely to render the map tiles on your device, not for our office to track your location.
